Founding Assembly of the International Academy for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery with the announcement of the statutes was held on 22nd of September 2005 in Hotel Kempinski, Moika 12, St. Petersburg.

There were 10 key lectures, 8 instructional courses as master class lessons of 60 minutes duration, and over 100 lectures of participants. At the end of the meeting 25-26 of September 2005 there were 5 Workshops with demonstrative surgeries. The whole program took 72 hours of education, which was prerequisite upon to the Russian propositions to count this conference as part of their educational program.

Limberg Meeting was dedicated to the 75th birthday of Alla A. Limberg as the 3rd member of Limberg dynasty who all have deserved respect for their work in plastic surgery during the 20th century. The founder of this dynasty was the famous plastic surgeon Alexander Kyrillovich Limberg with his famous Limberg-Flap and the second was Alexander Alexandrovich Limberg who was the first dean of the first Faculty for Stomatology in Russia.

Special guest was Prof. Karl Grammer - Ethologist from Vienna who gave the guest lecture on Computerizing Aspects and Measurements of Head and Body.

Organizing Committee took care of exquisite cultural and tourist programs with guided tours through the beautiful city of St. Petersburg, numerous museums, opera and ballet visits and excursions to the famous targets in the surrounding of St. Petersburg: Peterhof, Pushkinowo etc.

Master Class Lessons were held in luxurious Petrovsky Saal and were very good visited.

One day after implanting polyurethane sheeted implants of 300cc's; Access on the left side was made through the excised scar.

There were no drainages; After one week this patient has already worked twelve hour per day.

All demonstrative workshop surgeries were made in very comfortable hospital "Mariinskaya Bolnica".

Cultural program was great. Here famous Ballet "Swan's Lake" of Tchaikovsky in "Mariinski Theatre".

Tourist offers were fantastic.
