2nd International Tutorials, Ideas & Innovations in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in Mumbai, India, January 10-14, 2007

Second international tutorials were dedicated to ideas and innovations in aesthetic plastic surgery and was comprehensive and very educative. It took five days of key note lectures, workshops with moderating of international and Indian faculties. This time the meeting was held within five days which seems to be a reasonable time allowing the participants to stay during the whole meeting.
There were 16 international faculties (6 of whom were IAAPS members): Dr. Tom Biggs (USA), Dr. José Guerrerosantos (Mexico), Dr. Bruce Cunningham (USA), Dr. Brian Kinney (USA), Dr. Luiz Toledo (UAE), Dr. Alfred Berger (Germany), Dr. Ghaith Shubailat (Jordan), Dr. Michele Zocchi (Italy), Dr. Paraskevas (Vakis) Kontoes (Greece), Dr. Abdlu Reda Lari (Kuwait), DR. Ali Al Numairyi (UAE), Dr. Satish Vyas (USA), Dr. Edvin Turkof (Austria), Dr. Wolfgang Funk (Germany), Dr. Antoine Dayoub (Syria) and Dr. Fakhr Alkhairy (Pakistan). Because of acute respiratory illness Dr. Dimitri Panfilov could not take part at this meeting, but his lectures have been presented to the audience by Dr. Wolfgang Funk.
Also this time were over 100 participants who have enjoyed high level of exquisite presentations and workshops. Cultural and tourist program was very well organized with famous Indian hospitality. In that way the Indian chapter is the most active one up to now and we congratulate the successful and hard working organizing committee. |
