IAAPS founding assembly

The founding assembly was held on 22nd of September 2005 in St. Petersburg. Yves Gerard Illouz is appointed to be the Honorary President, Dimitrije Panfilov is elected as President, Woffles Wu as Vice President, Oksana Dmitrienko as Secretary for IAAPS-Balticum. Those four members are the founding members.

As Honorary Master Members following celebrities have been appointed: Thomas M. Biggs from Houston, Texas - USA, Bruce E. Connell from Santa Ana, California - USA, Robert M.
